Fees

Reasonable Fees

While quality has a price, we can work with you to evaluate your needs and provide a fee in writing at the start. Unlike "notarios'" independently (and illegally) practicing paralegals and unlicensed practitioners, we are bound by laws and rules which require our fees to be reasonable and disclosed at the outset. Sadly, the worst stories we have heard involve exorbitant amounts of money being paid for the wrong filing, a late filing, or filing for a benefit that the person was simply ineligible for.

Transparent Pricing Structure

We provide a high level of comprehensive service for our clients. Whether individuals, families, or large companies, we work with you to design and submit the application most appropriate and likely to gain speedy approval and provide you with access and consultation during the process at no additional cost. In addition to knowing that your petitions have been properly prepared and avoiding unnecessary delays and problems, you get peace of mind by understanding every step of the process.

We can handle every stage of the process, from collecting information to interview support. In other words, you have the security of knowing that you will be fully represented from the moment the visa is initiated until you receive your visa from the US Embassy or USCIS.

Request for Evidence (RFE) / Appeals

Immigration to the United States is a challenging process and one which is constantly changing. No reputable law firm would guarantee approvals, and we are no different. On occasions, as part of the petition processing, USCIS will request additional evidence to make their decision. Should a petition be denied, there is a process of appeals.  In either case, we will provide you with an estimate to complete and submit your response based on the scope of the work required.
