Practicing Exclusively Immigration Law
on the Treasure and Gold Coasts of Florida
Fees and Price List
Reasonable Fees
While quality has a price, we can work with you to evaluate your needs and provide a fee in writing at the start. Unlike "notarios'" independently (and illegally) practicing paralegals and unlicensed practitioners, we are bound by laws and rules which require our fees to be reasonable and disclosed at the outset. Sadly, the worst stories we have heard involve exorbitant amounts of money being paid for the wrong filing, a late filing, or filing for a benefit that the person was simply ineligible for.
Transparent Pricing Structure
We provide a high level of comprehensive service for our clients. Whether individuals, families, or large companies, we work with you to design and submit the application most appropriate and likely to gain speedy approval and provide you with access and consultation during the process at no additional cost. In addition to knowing that your petitions have been properly prepared and avoiding unnecessary delays and problems, you get peace of mind by understanding every step of the process.
We can handle every stage of the process, from collecting information to interview support. In other words, you have the security of knowing that you will be fully represented from the moment the visa is initiated until you receive your visa from the US Embassy or USCIS.
Fixed Fee Guarantee
Immigration to the United States is a challenging process and one which is constantly changing. Because most immigration law was made many years ago, it is mainly the interpretation of existing law that changes rather than new laws being passed, resulting in policy through RFE and denials, To protect your clients from this, we have introduced a fee guarantee: if accepted as a fee guaranteed submission, which we detail in our retainer and Legal Services Agreement (LSA), we charge no legal fees for work on an RFE or NOID, nor in the unfortunate and unusual event of denial and resubmission. (Note that the client is still responsible for filing fees) No reputable law firm would guarantee approvals, and we are no different, but our fee guarantee does offer protection against a freak denial and the. additional work that resubmittal can entail. Please note that our filings are not Fixed Fee Guarantees by default, and must be accepted to that program and detailed as such on the LSA.
Standard Fees
Base Fees
The following are our standard prices for the legal work involved in preparing and filing certain visa petitions and applications. However, each case is evaluated individually based on the factors and work involved, and prices may go up or down as a result. For example, the price may increase if we are required to draft more letters and chase online sources for publicly available information that the client could already have put together. Conversely, the price may decrease if a petition only hits a few well-documented criteria.
All prices are non-refundable, earned upon receipt, and flat fee, to the extent permitted by the applicable jurisdiction and Rules of Professional Responsibility, and are based on up-front payment. We prefer that clients not worry that each phone call, text message, or email might incur costs, so we avoid hourly billed rates where possible. If, and only if, a client would prefer to pay hourly and without a cap, those rates are listed at the bottom. However, the hourly rate does not apply to any flat fee work agreed.
Note also that before payment or the commencement of work, clients receive a Legal Services and Retainer Agreement that clearly explains the price of work, payment terms, and what is included and not.
