Protection Against Immigration Surprises

We are proud to introduce S.A.F.E. Check. A pro-active, comprehensive, attorney-led vetting

service to give you confidence and protection in a world of increasing surprises and scrutiny.

Why S.A.F.E Check Matters

The U.S. immigration landscape is shifting. With the introduction of continuous vetting, government agencies now monitor visa holders more actively, flagging issues even between renewals or applications. A past oversight or discrepancy —  such as a status gap, failure to change an address, a missed NTA, — can suddenly cause serious problems, such as denials, revocations or deportation.

SAFE Check empowers you to see potential issues before they trip you up. Proactively identifying potential concerns so that they don't cause problems, or gaining peace of mind from knowing that no problems are out there, so your immigration path remains secure and uninterrupted.

  • Peace of mind — knowing that your record has been professionally reviewed

  • Early risk detection — identifying red flags before they trigger government review

  • Stronger positioning — giving you clarity and control in your immigration status

  • Cost & stress savings — preventing expensive legal battles or crises down the road

  • Confidential, privileged review — your records and attorney guidance remain protected

As Attorney Andrew Sones puts it:

“SAFE Check gives clients a chance to fix problems early — before they reach the level of government scrutiny. It’s far easier to manage risk ahead of time than to fight when the stakes are high.”

What is a S.A.F.E. Check?

Status, Analysis, & FOIA Evaluation. We review your status and request government records under FOIA to verify exactly what is on file. We’ll perform a series of steps, including but not limited to:

  • Comprehensive review of your immigration history (entry/exit, prior visa filings, status changes)

  • FOIA requests to USCIS, CBP, and relevant federal agencies

  • Analysis and interpretation of responses from government records

  • Employment and sponsorship compliance review (if applicable)

  • Criminal and legal background review (based on public and disclosed records)

  • Travel history / admissibility assessment

  • Written summary report with attorney recommendations

  • Confidential consultation to walk you through findings and next steps

What S.A.F.E. Check Does Not Include

To keep expectations clear, here’s what S.A.F.E. Check does not cover (but can be added via separate engagement):

  • Filing new immigration petitions or applications (I-130, I-140, I-485, etc.)

  • Responding to USCIS RFEs or Notices of Intent to Deny

  • Representation before immigration courts or removal proceedings

  • Appeals or motions to reopen/reconsider adverse decisions

  • Criminal defense or legal matters outside immigration

  • Ongoing monitoring once the S.A.F.E. Check review is complete

  • Filing waiver applications (I-601, I-212, etc.), unless separately retained

How to Get Started
  1. Submit a No Obligation Intake form. We will contact you - usually within one business hour, always within four business hours, to discuss your background and objectives.

  2. If we jointly decide to move forward, we will supply you with a Legal Services Agreement (L.S.A.) and invoice.

  3. Upon your agreement and payment, we will begin, providing you with an action plan.

  4. We then begin document gathering, file FOIA requests for your records, and search criminal and travel records.

  5. Review & FOIA submission — we conduct the analysis and requests.

  6. Report & strategy session — we deliver findings and  your path forward.

Protect your immigration future with clarity and confidence, SAFE Check is your smartest first step in a changing immigration environment.
